Battered cod nuggets
Preparation methods:
Deep fryer: without defrosting, fry during 1 to 2 minutes in abundant hot oil (180°C)
Oven: preheat your oven at 180°C and cook for 6-7 minutes
Ingredients:
- Water
- WHEAT and corn flour
- Sunflower oil
- Mashed potatoes (potato, preservative sodium, METABISULPHITE, turmerite)
- Cod mix 5.5% (potato starch, MILK proteins, yolk, salt, COD in powder (FISH), spices)
- COD pieces 5.4% (Fish)
- Salt
- May contains CRUSTACEANS, SOY and MOLLUSCS
